Role Overview
Oversee daily operations of an aesthetic clinic to maintain smooth workflow, high-quality patient service, and compliance with clinic standards.
Support the medical and administrative teams while coordinating staff, patients, documentation, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations and patient flow.
- Coordinate schedules for doctors, nurses, therapists, and front-desk staff.
- Ensure a positive patient experience from registration through post-treatment follow-up.
- Monitor hygiene, safety protocols, and operational standards.
- Support clinic policies, procedures, onboarding, and basic staff training.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor staff performance and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate documentation, records, and inventory.
- Liaise between management, medical staff, and administrative teams.
Requirements
- Previous Clinic Supervisor experience in an aesthetic or medical clinic.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, and patient coordination.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and patient-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and clinic software.

- The work location is in person.
