Role Overview
Oversee daily operations of an aesthetic clinic and maintain high standards of patient care.
The role requires leadership, operational, and customer-service skills in an aesthetic or cosmetic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day clinic operations.
- Lead, train, and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ensure patient experience, service quality, and complaint resolution.
- Coordinate doctors' schedules, staff rosters, and clinic coverage.
- Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with DOH/HAAD regulations and clinic policies.
- Oversee inventory, consumables, equipment maintenance, and vendors.
- Coordinate with marketing on promotions, offers, and patient engagement.
- Handle reports, approvals, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection-control protocols are followed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations.
- Liaise with head office, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, clinic workflows, and patient handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve issues professionally.
- Familiarity with ClinicPro, Oracle, or similar clinic management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the clinic.
