Role Overview
Oversee daily operations of an aesthetic clinic and maintain high standards of patient care, workflow, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires leadership, operational, and customer service skills in an aesthetic or cosmetic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily clinic operations for smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, and supervise doctors, nurses, receptionists, therapists, and other staff.
- Ensure patient experience, service quality, and complaint resolution.
- Coordinate doctors’ schedules, staff rosters, and clinic coverage.
- Monitor performance, productivity, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with DOH/HAAD regulations and clinic policies.
- Oversee inventory, consumables, equipment maintenance, and vendors.
- Coordinate with marketing on promotions, offers, and patient engagement.
- Handle reports, approvals, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with head office, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, clinic workflows, and patient handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve issues professionally.
- Familiarity with ClinicPro, Oracle, or a similar clinic management system is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Job type is full-time and permanent.
- Work is performed in person.
