Per Diem, Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; weekends, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; holidays, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

• Computer experience. Required
• 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred

• Current RN licensure from State of Illinois. Required
