Overview
- We are seeking for an experienced Clinic Manager for our new Aesthetic clinic.
- You will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, improve patient experience, and build strong operational systems.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experience in:
- Managing and growing aesthetic or cosmetic clinics
- Develop, implement, and maintain company SOPs for all clinic functions
- Handling new client acquisition and conversion
- Implementing staff KPIs and performance tracking
- Leading marketing and lead generation initiatives
- Generate new leads through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, wellness, or beauty clinic management
- Proven experience in managing clinic operations and staff performance
- Strong background in lead generation, sales conversion, and client retention
- Experience creating and implementing SOPs and staff KPI systems
- Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
