Compensation

Clinic Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Supervise clinical, administrative, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, insurance, and billing teams.
- Monitor clinic performance and operational efficiency.
Compliance and Administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational targets.
- Prepare management reports and implement improvement strategies.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing a clinic or healthcare facility is preferred.
- UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE healthcare operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
