Role overview
Meltwater is hiring a Client Support Specialist for its Premium Support portfolio.
The role manages enterprise client support and partners with program management, sales, customer success, and delivery teams.
The specialist acts as a product expert and helps customers maximize the platform’s business value.
What you will do
- Manage Enterprise Premium Support client portfolios and reactive service requests.
- Create search and dashboard blueprints for complex customer requirements.
- Architect global project structures using Boolean logic and rule-based frameworks.
- Translate technical findings and structured data into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain governance documentation for scalable, consistent client delivery.
- Monitor support consumption, identify scope issues, and report themes to account leaders.
- Prioritize multiple customer initiatives across a global delivery model.
- Deliver demonstrations and training on platform features and use cases.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- At least three years of B2B client support experience; SaaS experience is preferred.
