Role Summary
Avetta provides a platform for hiring clients and suppliers covering compliance, prequalification, safety and performance benchmarking.
The Client Success Manager I advocates for customers and guides them through their journey with Avetta.
The role measures impact through retention, expansion and overall client health.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in Avetta’s Calgary office.
- Occasional travel of up to approximately 5% is required for client engagements, team collaboration and company initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Nurture and grow relationships with client stakeholders and identify additional stakeholders through proactive engagement.
- Maintain client momentum after launch by applying critical success factors across the client journey.
- Advise clients on use cases, product functionality and applicable program recommendations.
- Conduct success planning and quarterly business review sessions to demonstrate value and define next steps.
- Ensure clients understand, receive training on and use Avetta products effectively.
- Provide Marketing with customer references, success anecdotes, data-rich trends and client-base observations.
