Ameresco is going through an exciting period of planned growth and are looking to recruit for their UK operation in Yorkshire. This opportunity is hybrid and based out of the Leeds, UK office.

Ameresco Leeds have placed over 2,000 energy contracts worth in excess of £1 billion with 35+ suppliers on behalf of nearly 200 clients. We focus on a small number of high-value industrial and commercial clients with a considerable energy spend.
The Client Services team are each allocated a number of clients and provide services across our client’s electricity/gas/water portfolios that can be summarised as follows:
Bill Validation
Historical Bill Validation
Tenant Billing
Portfolio Management
Query Handling
Consumption analysis
The Client Services Coordinator will be expected to perform all the tasks of the Client Services Administrator and in addition be able to work on more complex clients’ portfolios on a solo basis. Their role will include:
Bill validation of invoices with more variable elements, such as those relating to flexible contracts

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work. They will be customer focused, passionate about energy efficiency and renewable energy. They should be able to demonstrate good organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise work under pressure and complete within deadlines.
They must demonstrate that they are able to communicate with clients in a supportive and professional manner.
