The Leeds operation manages electricity, gas and water portfolios for industrial and commercial clients.

- The role is hybrid and based out of the Leeds, UK office.
Client Services
Client Services teams manage electricity, gas and water portfolios for allocated clients.
Services include bill validation, historical bill validation, tenant billing, portfolio management, query handling and consumption analysis.
Role scope
- Perform bill validation for invoices with variable elements, including flexible contracts.
- Handle and record complex queries such as metering disputes.
- Perform consumption analysis, including capacity reviews.
- Communicate with clients through email and meetings, with senior support where necessary.
- Manage more complex client portfolios independently.
