Client Services Assistant - Full-time or Part-time/ Job Share

Key Responsibilities

• Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering exceptional hospitality services for client meetings, events and functions, including occasional after-hours support.
• Preparing and serving refreshments, including barista coffee and basic food items.
• Providing reception and switchboard coverage when required.
• Maintaining client-facing areas to a high standard and supporting the day-to-day operation of the office.
• Processing administrative tasks, including stock management and invoice processing.
• Setting up meeting rooms, event spaces and helping with audiovisual equipment.
