MUFG Pension & Market Services is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Employee Share Plans team in Sydney.

Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, you'll act as a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships and working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful Employee Share Plans.

This is an opportunity for an experienced relationship management professional to develop specialist expertise in Employee Share Plans while working with recognised corporate clients as part of a global organisation.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a key point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.

This is a varied role combining relationship management, client service, commercial awareness and operational delivery.

You'll work closely with clients and internal specialists to coordinate Employee Share Plan activities, resolve issues, deliver high-quality service and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

You'll manage competing priorities and client expectations with a high degree of ownership, ensuring commitments are delivered and issues are proactively addressed.

We're looking for an experienced relationship management professional who is confident managing corporate or business clients and navigating a range of stakeholder relationships.

You'll bring:

• Corporate Trust
• Banking, Wealth Management or Stockbroking
• Funds Management or Superannuation
• Other client-facing roles within regulated or technical environments
