Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with corporate clients.
• Understanding client needs and proactively identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
• Managing client queries, issues and requests, working with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Coordinating client projects and key activities, including Annual General Meetings and other client deliverables.
• Working with internal teams across MUFG Pension & Market Services to ensure services are delivered effectively and to agreed standards.
• Supporting client account planning, service reviews and discussions around fees and service requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and contribute to new business and revenue growth.
• Monitoring client invoices and supporting the timely recovery of client disbursements.
• Ensuring client activities are managed in line with relevant contractual, regulatory and operational requirements.
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting the development of strong client service practices.

MUFG Pension & Market Services is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Brisbane team.
You'll manage relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, working closely with them to understand their needs, resolve issues and coordinate the delivery of high-quality services.
You'll also work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver client projects and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow our client relationships.

About The Role

What You'Ll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, is commercially aware and takes ownership of delivering a positive client experience.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in a client management, account management or relationship management role.
- Experience working with corporate or business clients.
- Financial services experience is highly regarded, particularly within banking, wealth management, superannuation, funds management, share registry, corporate trust or other regulated environments.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to managing client needs and issues.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in identifying opportunities to develop client relationships.
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while also taking ownership of your own portfolio and responsibilities.
- Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
