MUFG Pension & Market Services is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Melbourne team.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their day-to-day needs are delivered seamlessly.
We're looking for someone with proven experience managing client relationships in a professional services or B2B environment.
Financial services experience is welcome but not essential—we're more interested in your ability to build trusted relationships, communicate effectively and deliver an outstanding client experience.
We'll provide the training and support to help you build your knowledge of our products, services and industry.
About The Role

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 corporate clients and act as their primary relationship contact.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
- Understand your clients' requirements and ensure their needs are delivered effectively.
- Coordinate major client activities and projects, including Annual General Meetings and corporate actions.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver services within agreed timeframes and service standards.
- Manage multiple client priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate client enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare client reporting and manage invoicing activities.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership of your client portfolio and delivers a consistently high level of customer service.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients within a professional service, corporate or B2B environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system will be highly regarded.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Financial services experience is not essential.
