Role Description
We are looking for an exceptional Client Relations Officer to join our Dubai team.
This is a high-touch client-facing role requiring impeccable communication, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Manage follow-ups and ensure a seamless client experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs
- Represent the company with the highest standards at all times
Requirements
- French fluency is mandatory · English required
- Prior experience in a high-end customer service or client-facing role
- Based in Dubai
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Impeccable presentation and communication are a must — we are looking for a candidate who carries herself with grace and professionalism in every client interaction
