Experience and Qualifications

• Success in leading client growth strategies within a professional or financial services environment
• A proven track record of winning, retaining, and expanding client relationships
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at Board and C-suite level
• Advanced stakeholder management skills across complex, matrixed environments
• Commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets and forecasting
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• High levels of accountability, organisation, and attention to quality
• Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and internationally as required
