Job Summary

Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UAE Global Implementation and Cash Client Service strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of complex Transaction Banking solutions.
• Manage senior client relationships, service reviews, and critical escalations.
• Improve implementation cycle times, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Coverage, Product, Technology, and Operations on solution design and delivery.
• Drive process simplification, digital integration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project governance, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing, inclusive team.
• Represent Implementation in senior management and governance forums.
• Track project issues and risks, maintain action plans, and deliver timely solutions.
• Understand client business strategies and needs to support account management.
• Collaborate with cluster and country heads to improve client experience globally.

Skills and Experience

• Computer competency and a technology background are preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Trade Supply Chain Finance and Cash Management knowledge.
• Transaction Banking product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and finance or a similar industry.
• Experience in client implementation with a strong delivery focus.
• Strong project management disciplines.
• Extensive knowledge of APIs, system and technology integrations, and Transaction Banking products.
• Experience implementing Trade Supplier Finance and documentary trade solutions.
• Proven delivery of large, complex, and cross-border deals.
• PMP certification and third-party platform experience are a plus.
