Role Overview
Support revenue delivery across agency, independent agency and direct client portfolios through proactive sales and pipeline activity.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive account servicing, research and follow-up.
Prepare high-quality responses to client briefs and identify proactive commercial opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, pipeline tracking and weekly activity reporting.
Coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams, supporting reporting and performance reviews.
Work across ARN’s total audio offering, including broadcast, streaming, podcasts and integrated campaigns.
Contribute to sales meetings, training and team development, while providing broader office and coordination support when required.

About the role
