Own and grow relationships with key Information and Traffic accounts. Lead and influence internal sales teams to deliver revenue targets. Develop new business through proactive prospecting and networking. Build strategic client partnerships that increase retention and spend. Manage sales pipelines, account plans, forecasts and CRM records. Create, present and negotiate compelling traffic-led audio solutions. Coordinate the end-to-end sales process with internal delivery teams. Manage commercial arrangements, including rates, negotiations and debtors. About you: Proven experience in media, advertising or commercial sales, with a strong track record of achieving revenue and business development targets. Strong client relationship management and business development skills, with the ability to build long-term commercial partnerships. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen, organisation and pipeline management skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
