Client Executive responsible for growing IT recruitment clients and delivering contract staffing solutions in Dubai.
The role owns client relationships, talent delivery, contractor engagements, and commercial outcomes.
What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for key clients and build strong relationships.
- Understand hiring needs and identify partnership expansion opportunities.
- Source, interview, assess, and place IT professionals on contract assignments.
- Develop targeted sourcing and headhunting strategies across IT disciplines.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of IT contractors.
- Manage candidates and contractors from first contact through onboarding and placement.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients and contractors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and timely project starts.
- Meet company standards, contractual obligations, local regulations, and business targets.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of agency recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting technical or IT-focused roles.
- Experience in IT, technology, or digital markets is preferred.
- Confident, engaging, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially aware, target-focused, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
