Client Data Insight
- Support weekly and monthly dashboards that improve client knowledge at regional, boutique, and sales associate levels.
- Segment the database to support targeted activities and improve accuracy.
- Translate database insights and client journeys into predictive purchase behavior analysis across products, seasonality, and nationality.
- Grow and maintain the client database to support CRM and clienteling programs, average transaction value, and total turnover.
- Use data-driven insights to improve client selection for clienteling activities.
Client Performance
- Support CRM program strategies and calendar implementation to drive engagement, recruitment, upgrade, and loyalty.
- Help deliver CRM contribution to retail sales through 360-degree client communication and treatment plans.
- Measure performance progress and results through ROI analysis of CRM and client experience programs.
- Build supportive relationships with CRM, customer experience, sales, customer service, training, logistics, marketing, communications, regional, and line-management teams.
CRM and eCRM Tools
- Drive adoption of CRM tools including Salesforce, clientelling applications, and marketing automation tools.
- Enhance dashboard tools to deliver deeper and more actionable insights.
- Support development of approved local campaign tools, including eCRM and messaging tools, and liaise with boutiques for implementation.
Requirements
- Experience using client data insights to support dashboards, segmentation, and targeted commercial activities.
