Main Responsibilities

• Develop long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling activities.
• Contribute actively to boutique sales performance and achieve individual action plans.
• Share the Maison's story, heritage, and creations with passion and authenticity.
• Assist clients with after-sales services, including repairs, pick-ups, and personalized services.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to create a seamless and memorable in-store journey.
• Participate in boutique events and Maison activations when required.
