Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable sales growth and achieve business objectives across the boutique portfolio.
• Coach, develop and inspire Boutique Managers and build engaged, high-performing teams.
• Implement action plans to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen client acquisition, loyalty and relationships with VIP and High Jewelry clientele.
• Ensure compliance with Maison standards, visual merchandising guidelines and operational excellence.
• Use KPI analysis, business insights and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial initiatives and the Maison's long-term success.
