Position
The Client Advisor delivers personable, engaging, and memorable client service while achieving individual and team goals.
The role is part of LOEWE's fast-moving luxury fashion environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Maintain client connections through email, phone, messages, and personalized notes.
- Share LOEWE's brand history and heritage and highlight products through knowledge and storytelling.
- Develop a client book, maintain client data, collaborate with the store team, and participate in visual merchandising.
- Maintain front- and back-of-house product areas and support inventory and other back-of-house tasks.
- Follow company policies and LOEWE standards for grooming and behavior.
Profile
- Proven experience achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar customer-centric role.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, empathetic, and inclusive approach.
- Effective communication skills for building and maintaining a client portfolio.
- Results-driven commercial mindset with a strong team-player attitude.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
