Position
Lead a LOEWE store with responsibility for commercial results, team development, client experience, and operational standards.
Use an entrepreneurial, personable, and hands-on leadership style to exceed client expectations.
Team Management and Development
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and individual development plans.
- Recruit and develop talent, secure succession plans, and create an encouraging and motivating environment.
- Organize shop-floor coverage and support the onboarding and integration of new joiners.
- Communicate company messages through morning briefings, training, and one-to-one meetings.
Client Experience
- Lead from the front by connecting with clients and coaching the team during the selling ceremony.
- Manage customer flow so each client receives the appropriate level of service.
- Build a client-centric mindset focused on exceeding client expectations.
- Develop the client database and train the team on after-sales knowledge.
Business Development
- Grow store sales, identify opportunities, and implement action plans aligned with company expectations.
