Role overview
Lead a LOEWE retail store with responsibility for commercial performance, client experience, team development, and operations.
Seek business opportunities to exceed commercial results while leading with an entrepreneurial, personable, and hands-on approach.
Inspire the team to put clients first and continually exceed client expectations.
Team management and development
- Grow and develop the team through regular coaching, feedback, and individual development plans.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent while securing succession plans.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive the business and create innovative solutions.
- Organize team and shop-floor coverage to meet changing business needs.
- Support new joiners and ensure completion of their onboarding path.
- Communicate company messages through briefings, training, and one-to-one meetings.
Client experience
- Lead client interactions and coach the team on the selling ceremony.
- Manage customer flow through forward planning and reactive organization.
- Build a client-centric mindset focused on exceeding client expectations.
