About the Role
The company is seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to own a portfolio of key strategic accounts.
The role focuses on commercial growth, long-term client relationships, and service delivery across aviation and environmental sectors.
The position is hands-on and strategic, with responsibility for acting as the primary day-to-day commercial contact.
Account Management
- Manage key accounts to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Develop account plans aligned with sector strategy and identify opportunities and risks.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Lead customer review meetings and ensure agreed actions are delivered.
Commercial Delivery
- Work with operational teams to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
- Support renewals, variations, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure pricing accuracy, commercial compliance, and correct invoicing.
- Manage aged debt and resolve billing queries.
- Contribute to tender responses, proposals, and contract winning.
