About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process guest check ins, room assignments, and key distribution
- Handle all types of payments including cash, checks, and credit cards
- Respond to guest calls, messages, and requests, resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness
- Prepare daily reports on arrivals, departures, and special requests
- Perform closing reports and cash counts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior work experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 4.5 kg

Responsibilities
- Process all guest check ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and distributing/activating room keys
- Process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, and credit cards
- Handle guest check outs, resolving any due, unpaid, or disputed charges
- Answer and respond to all guest calls, messages, questions, or requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness before guest arrival
- Inform guests/visitors about parking procedures and dispatch bellmen/valets as needed
- Provide directions and information about the hotel and nearby attractions
- Perform daily reports (arrivals, departures), identify special requests, and verify report accuracy
- Complete closing and cash reports in the computer system
- Cash guest checks and traveler's checks
- Ensure cash counts at start and end of shift
- Balance and deposit revenues per Accounting specifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Related work experience: None required
- Supervisory experience: None required
- License or certification: None
