Cleaning Staff Male – Dubai
A leading hospitality and facility management company in Dubai is hiring dedicated and hardworking Male Cleaners / Building Cleaning Staff for a premium locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of building areas, parking areas, common areas, and washrooms
- Operate scrubbing machines, jet wash machines, vacuum cleaning machines, and other cleaning equipment efficiently
- Carry out floor scrubbing, mopping, polishing, vacuum cleaning, pressure washing, and sanitization works
- Perform jet washing of parking areas, interlocks, and external surfaces as required
- Conduct vacuum cleaning of carpets, corners, and hard-to-reach areas
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shift
- Refill consumables such as tissue, soap, and sanitizers
- Support general housekeeping and maintenance activities
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors
- Ensure all assigned areas remain clean and presentable at all times

- **Location:** Dubai
- **Department:** Maintenance
- **Contract Period:** 2 Years
- **Working Hours:** 10 Hours Daily
- **Working Days:** 6 Days per Week
- **Probation Period:** 6 Months
Salary & Benefits
- **Total Salary Package:** AED 1,400 - 1,600 per month
• 30 Days Paid Annual Leave
- Airfare Contribution: AED 1,200 after every 24 months of service
- Sick Leave as per UAE Labour Law
- Compassionate Leave as per company policy
Requirements
- Must have experience operating scrubbing machines
- Must have experience using jet wash / pressure washing machines
- Must have experience in vacuum cleaning and deep cleaning works
- Experience in parking cleaning and external area cleaning preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Previous building cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Hotel cleaning experience will be an advantage
