- Clean and maintain residential buildings, including lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, and other common areas
- Perform indoor and outdoor cleaning duties
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
- Collect and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Male applicants only
- Previous experience in building cleaning, facility management, or glass cleaning preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Willing to be assigned to residential buildings under our Facility Management Department
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Overview
