We’re seeking a motivated, early-career professional to join our Workers Compensation team – ideal for recent law graduates, paralegals, or those who are keen to pursue a long-term career in legal and are eager to learn and grow.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage workers’ compensation claims within a self-insurance model, supporting employees through recovery and return to work. You will collaborate closely with legal advisors, rehabilitation providers, and internal stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience across claims management and legal frameworks, supported by structured training and mentorship.
You’ll bring a genuine interest in applying legal thinking in a real-world, people-focused environment, along with a strong desire to learn and grow. You’re someone who communicates with confidence and empathy, can build relationships with a range of stakeholders, and enjoys working through information to reach well-reasoned outcomes.
