- Supervise, witness, and verify post tensioning activities for hybrid structures
- Review foundation readiness, concrete curing, and grout application prior to tensioning
- Inspect steel to concrete connections, anchorages, and tensioning procedures
- Validate compliance with design drawings, reinforcement layouts, and tensioning logs
- Generate inspection reports, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation
- Coordinate with civil inspectors, installation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure HSE compliance and adherence to project specific quality standards
- Support final acceptance, commissioning, and handover processes
Requirements
- Experience as a Post Tensioning Expert or similar role
- Experience in large scale industrial or renewable energy projects
- Knowledge of post tensioning procedures, anchorages, and tensioning logs
- Ability to generate inspection reports, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation
- Familiarity with HSE compliance and quality standards

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Post Tensioning Expert to oversee and certify post tensioning activities for hybrid concrete and steel structures in large scale industrial or renewable energy projects.
- The successful candidate will ensure structural integrity, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, witness, and verify post tensioning activities for hybrid structures.
