About the Role

- Monitor on site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and standards
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for productivity and quality
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety compliance
- Ensure materials, methods, and workmanship meet required specifications and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and quality control
- Experience with large scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects preferred
