Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Act as the primary technical point of contact on site while coordinating stakeholders to keep work safe, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site construction activities for compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved method statements.
- Set out works and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions on site.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
- Inspect materials and workmanship against project quality standards.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and progress documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report deviations, delays, and technical issues to the Project Engineer or Manager.
- Support as-built drawings and close-out documentation.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate technical queries with design consultants.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-6 years of civil site engineering experience, preferably on building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Experience with site supervision, quality control, and HSE compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Familiarity with site management software is a plus.
