Role Overview
Archirodon is seeking a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join its UAE team for the WEP Project, or West to East Pipeline.
The role supports civil and structural works within EPC projects in the oil and gas sector.
What You Will Need to Do
- Prepare complete bills of quantities for civil and structural works on EPC oil and gas projects.
- Compile and maintain supporting documents for executed works and quantity measurements, including signed NRI, quantity surveyor sheets, and progress records.
- Liaise with engineers and the employer's quantity surveyors to verify measured quantities and process payments.
- Prepare contract final measurements and payment applications at completion in accordance with contract provisions.
- Ensure all executed works are measured, verified, and claimed.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and payment applications.
- Liaise with project sections on quantity measurement, recording, and reporting matters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to Have
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience working in oil and gas projects.
- Experience working on pipeline projects.
