Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial and contractual management of a major construction project.
- This role is responsible for ensuring the project is delivered within contractual obligations while maximizing cash flow, profitability, and protecting the company's commercial interests.
- The QS Manager will oversee all contract administration, cost control, change management, and final accounts, while guiding a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors across multiple disciplines.

- Guide the team in evaluating changes and scope variations
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and terms
- Oversee contract documentation, correspondence, and records

Additional Responsibilities
- Review variation orders and follow up for approvals and payments
- Manage final account preparation, negotiation, and settlement
- Coordinate with project teams to verify completed works
- Oversee financial reporting and forecasting for management
- Prepare and review reports such as: Cost to Completion, Payment Cycle Reports, Variation & EOT Reports, Advance Payment Recovery, Unbilled Revenue Analysis
- Lead, mentor, and manage Senior QS teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Promote continuous learning and professional development
- Support Saudization initiatives and development of local talent
