About the Role

Responsibilities
- Attend Quality Meetings, KPI reporting and Monthly report preparations
- Preparation and review of quality documents such as ITP, MST, MAR’s
- Conduct first party, second party audits and NCR Management
- Ensure compliance with QCS 2014/2024, Shell DEP’s and QPAD requirements
- Guide and motivate project and contractor QA/QC teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Certified Lead ISO 9001 Auditor with IRCA
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in oil & gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure
- Minimum of two (2) years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of a quality management system
- Three (3) years’ experience directly relating to inspection/execution of construction
- Hands on experience in QA/QC across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Hands on experience in preparation of Dossier and Systemization procedures as per QatarEnergy requirements
- Familiar with QCS 2014/2024, Shell DEP’s and QPAD requirements
- Preparation and review of quality documents such as ITP, MST, MAR’s
- Hands on experience in conducting first party, second party audits and NCR Management
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Strong leadership capability to guide and motivate project and contractor QA/QC teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Shall have previous experience in Building Projects with QatarEnergy
- Preferably shall have previous QatarEnergy approval as QAQC Engineer
- Certified Lead ISO 9001 Auditor with IRCA; additional quality related professional certifications are an advantage.
- Hands on experience in QA/QC across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Hands on experience in preparation of Dossier and Systemization procedures as per QatarEnergy requirements.
- Familiar with QCS 2014/2024, Shell DEP’s and QPAD requirements.
- Preparation and review of quality documents such as ITP, MST, MAR’s.
- Hands on experience in conducting first party, second party audits and NCR Management.
- Shall have minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience (e.g. in oil & gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure) in the respective functional area.
- Shall have a minimum of two (2) years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with applicable international standard with the capability of developing and implementing quality system, quality plans.
- Shall have three (3) years’ experience directly relating to inspection/execution of construction
Additional Skills
- Working knowledge of site inspection, material inspections, and related QA/QC practices.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong leadership capability to guide and motivate project and contractor QA/QC teams.
