About the Role

- Manage and oversee telecom and infrastructure civil projects across KSA from initiation to handover
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure completion within budget and timeline
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams to achieve project objectives
- Review IFC drawings, BOQs, method statements, and project specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for approvals and project execution
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, progress reports, and cost forecasts
- Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, and material delivery schedules
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures
- Conduct site meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of project documentation, invoices, and variation orders
- Support project handover and close out activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction, telecom infrastructure, or utility projects
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, and cost control
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations, quality standards, and HSE practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification is an added advantage
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred
