Support the technical planning, coordination, and delivery of civil and structural works for building construction projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of civil and structural works.
- Review structural and civil drawings and coordinate technical queries with consultants.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and highlight risks or delays.
- Coordinate with procurement and contracts teams on materials, subcontractors, and BOQs.
- Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, technical submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
- Support cost control, variations, and change management.
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Four to eight years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction processes and standards.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.
- Strong technical, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
