About the Role
Support the planning, coordination, and technical delivery of civil construction projects.
Work with project management, design, and site teams to support delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for civil works.
- Coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and design changes with consultants.
- Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and flag potential delays.
- Coordinate with procurement and contracts teams on materials, subcontractors, and bills of quantities.
- Prepare technical, progress, and project reports.
- Liaise with site engineers to implement design intent on site.
- Support cost control, variation orders, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in civil project engineering or project coordination roles.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.
