- Ensure contractor compliance with project standards, specifications, and approved drawings
- Maintain daily records of the contractor’s manpower, equipment, and site activities
- Undertake site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE)
- Liaise and follow up daily with the contractor to ensure effective management of resources, health and safety, and equipment
- Prepare daily reports for the RE or ARE, including work orders, materials delivery, and daily inspection activities
- Follow up and implement site instructions issued by the RE or ARE
- Apply and enforce all quality control and quality assurance procedures on site
- Perform site measurements and surveying checks, including pipe alignments, levels, and elevations
- Coordinate and cooperate with the client project manager during inspections
- Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain relevant records
- Assist RE and ARE in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and documentation
- Identify site problems and work with the RE or ARE to resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and supervision of roads and infrastructure
- At least 5 years of experience in the UAE
- In depth knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and regulations in the UAE
- Strong familiarity with contract documents, detailed drawings, and project specifications
- Proficiency in conducting site inspections, quality control, and quality assurance procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and supervision of roads and infrastructure with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- In depth knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and regulations in the UAE.
- Strong familiarity with contract documents, detailed drawings, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in conducting site inspections, quality control, and quality assurance procedures.
