Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day site activities, ensuring infrastructure construction is executed according to approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor and inspect ongoing works related to roads, drainage, utilities (water, electricity, sewage), transportation systems, and communication networks.
- Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and non compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure all necessary permits, environmental regulations, and local building codes are adhered to during construction.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve on site challenges.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports on site activities, materials, and workforce.
- Conduct quality control and safety audits to ensure infrastructure works meet required standards.
- Monitor and manage construction budgets, tracking costs and identifying discrepancies.
- Support testing and commissioning of infrastructure systems once construction is complete.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of career experience
- Bachelor Degree in related field (Civil Engineering preferred)
- Experience gained from working on infrastructure projects, ideally within the UAE

- Support the testing and commissioning of infrastructure systems once construction is complete, ensuring proper functionality and integration.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 12 years’ career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Experience gained from working on infrastructure projects, ideally within the UAE is being looked for.
