Job Summary
Future Scaffolding & Aluminium Industries is seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Foreman to join our Construction Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and site supervision, with the ability to supervise workers, coordinate daily site activities, manage manpower and materials, and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
- Dubai/UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities and site supervision.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, site measurements, and work procedures.
- Ability to monitor daily work progress and ensure proper execution.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate with Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Management.
- Ensure work is completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
