Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in formwork and scaffolding systems.
The role is based in the UAE and covers technical coordination, site execution, drawings, quantities, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate formwork and scaffolding activities on site.
- Review drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure materials are used efficiently and according to project requirements.
- Prepare site reports and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work complies with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience.
- Strong experience in formwork and scaffolding is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of drawings and site execution.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
