Role Overview

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is listed, while the later education entry states that a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of practical experience in formwork and scaffolding.
- Strong skills in analysing and designing formwork and scaffolding engineering systems.
- M-Certificate is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project, quality, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design formwork and scaffolding systems to meet project requirements.
- Supervise execution and ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality.
- Provide technical solutions and oversee installation and dismantling.
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to fulfill project needs.
- Prepare technical reports and document processes.
