Job Summary
The Civil / Fit-Out Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction and interior fit-out activities on site to ensure work is completed
safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, project specifications, and Dubai authority requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Ensure all works are executed according to:
- o Approved drawings
- o Project specifications
- o Method statements
- o Quality standards
- o Project schedules
- Supervise and coordinate:
- o Blockwork
- o Plastering
- o Tiling
- o Painting
- o Ceiling works
- o Partition works
- o Flooring works
- o Joinery installations
- o Finishing works
- Coordinate with:
- o Site engineers
- o Project managers
- o MEP teams
- o Subcontractors
- o Suppliers
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment usage on site.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at all times.
- Conduct site inspections and report work progress, delays, and technical issues to management.

- o Health & Safety standards
- o Company quality procedures
- Verify site measurements and ensure work accuracy before execution.
- Coordinate site activities to avoid conflicts between civil, fit-out, and MEP works.
- Assist in material inspections and ensure approved materials are used on site.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship quality.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Ensure timely completion of snagging and corrective works.
- Support project handover activities and final inspections.
