Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in civil construction projects
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory
- Experience in infrastructure, utility, pipeline, or industrial projects is preferred
- Good knowledge of site supervision, HSE requirements, and construction activities
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate site activities
- UAE Driving Licence preferred
