About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and supervision of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures, finishing, and infrastructure works
- Review construction drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, quality, and compliance issues
- Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality control procedures
- Identify and report non conformances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and quality teams to resolve technical and quality issues
- Verify and witness material testing, concrete pouring, compaction, and other critical construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and actively participate in safety inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and site observations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures and finishing
- Proven experience in site inspection, supervision, and quality control
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams

Your Qualifications
