Key Responsibilities
- Design fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems for commercial and residential buildings.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Perform hydraulic calculations and system sizing.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, SBC codes, and Civil Defense regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams during design and execution stages.
- Review project specifications and provide technical recommendations.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system inspections when required.
- Prepare BOQs and material submittals for fire protection systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in fire alarm and firefighting system design.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and Saudi Building Code (SBC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Experience in fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, FM200, and firefighting networks.
