**Development & Production Specialist** to join our growing food manufacturing team.
We are looking for a hands-on expert in **chocolate spread formulation and industrial production**, capable of independently developing premium spread recipes and supervising a **1-ton production line**.
Key Requirements
- ✔ Proven experience in **Chocolate Spread manufacturing** (mandatory)
- ✔ Strong expertise in developing **hazelnut, pistachio, cocoa, milk & compound chocolate spreads**
- ✔ Hands-on experience operating:
- **Tank Ball Mill**
• Holding And Heating Tanks
- Transfer Pumps
- Filling systems (preferred)
- ✔ Ability to independently manage **1 MT batch production**
- ✔ Strong understanding of:
- viscosity control
- texture optimization
- oil separation prevention
- micron fineness control
- shelf-life stability
- ingredient sequencing
- ✔ Experience working with:
- Cocoa powder / cocoa mass
- Vegetable fats / cocoa butter substitutes
- Milk powder
- Sugar
• Lecithin And PGPR
- Nut pastes (hazelnut / pistachio)
- ✔ Strong troubleshooting skills for:
- separation issues
- grainy texture
- over-thickening
- process inconsistency
- ✔ Knowledge of **HACCP / GMP / ISO 22000**
- ✔ Experience leading operators and production teams
- ✔ Minimum **5+ years relevant industrial experience**
- ✔ UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
What We Need
A true factory-floor professional who can **develop the recipe, optimize the process, and supervise full production independently.**
Only candidates with direct chocolate spread manufacturing experience will be considered.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Proven experience in Chocolate Spread manufacturing : 5 years (Required)
